Nicholas Rowley is the founder of Trial Lawyers for Justice, a national law firm dedicated to representing real people against insurance companies, the government and big corporations. He has a history of service as a military medic having served both in the United States Air Force and Army.
Accomplishing a bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology by the age of 19 while on active duty, Nick went on to get a law degree, starting law school at 20. Nick is a proud father of his sons and daughters and the husband of Trial Lawyer and author Courtney Rowley.
Nick’s passion for learning evolved into a passion for teaching. He has authored and co authored several books, linked below, created Trial By Human, and has dedicated time teaching all over the country. His efforts have been recognized nationally with multiple Trial Lawyer of the year and outstanding trial lawyer awards in multiple states. He is one of the youngest attorneys in to ever be awarded Trial Lawyer of the Year by CAALA.
Nick has extensive courtroom experience to the tune of 162 jury trials representing family survivors of wrongful death victims, victims of serious injuries and medical malpractice. He also has represented health care providers throughout his career and advocates against meritless lawsuits.
Nick is an active philanthropist involved with organizations within the United States and abroad, including the environmental protection and education and building schools and education centers in Costa Rica and Africa.
Nick is a relentless warrior who has succeeded and proven himself in the battles of litigation time and time again, however, he prides himself on his caring, empathetic approach to serving others in need. His passion includes being a voice for victims inside and outside of the courtroom while working on reforming laws that infringe on America’s fundamental civil rights.
